Terms and Conditions
By registering for the Global Currency Forum (“Event”), I hereby agree to release The International Currency Association (“Event Host”), its employees, vendors, agents, and contractors from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses, of any kind (“Claim”) which arise out of or result from my attendance at and participation in the event, including but not limited to property damage and personal injuries, whether or not foreseeable.
I understand that the Event Host or its authorized representatives may conduct interviews and may take photographs and/or videotape at the Event. I hereby grant to the Event Host and its authorized representative the absolute right and permission to use my name, likeness, biographical information, voice, content of any interview, image and/or photograph and any other indicia of persona (“Persona”), in any manner or media whether existing now or hereinafter developed (including without limitation the World Wide Web and the Internet), worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional purposes. I agree I shall have no rights of review or approval, no Claim to compensation, and no Claim arising out of or resulting from the use, alteration, blurring, distortion or illusionary effect (whether intentional or otherwise) or use in any composite form of my Persona and agree to release and hold Event Host and its authorized representatives harmless for any and all such use(s).
During download of the event mobile app you will have the opportunity to opt out of having your details visible to other attendees. Once registered you will be contacted via email with registration information and event related content.
Registration Policy
The International Currency Association reserves the right to deny attendance or registration to any individual or entity for any reason, including failure to meet the following guidelines. The Event Host is committed to creating a conference environment that is safe, professional and of mutual trust where diversity and inclusion are valued, and where everyone is entitled to be treated with courtesy and respect. Global Currency Forum organisers commit to making conferences, workshops, and all associated activities productive and enjoyable for everyone. We will not tolerate harassment of participants, speakers or facilitators in any form.
Please Follow These Guidelines
Behave professionally. Harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary comments or jokes are not appropriate. Harassment includes sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, sexist language and imagery, deliberate intimidation, stalking, and photography or recording of an individual without consent. It also includes offensive comments related to individual characteristics, for example: age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, nationality or religion. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds.
Registration Categories
Participants are invited to register under the correct category for their company type. The Global Currency Forum organisers reserve the right to review the choice for each attendee and to adapt it as appropriate. The registration categories are listed below.
Government
Delegates from a government agency such as central banks, issuing authorities, state printers and state mints; enforcement authorities. The government rate (for printers) applies only to those printers who print banknotes solely for their own government.
Government entities which are acting as commercial organisations, i.e. producing bank notes or coins for export, are invited to consider becoming a partner to the GCF to enjoy visibility as a commercial actor; partner information is available from Frane.Maroević@currencyassociation.org; the GCF organisers reserve the right to limit the number of delegate tickets at government fee level for such organisations.
Industry, ICA member
ICA member companies benefit from special rates for this event, which is organized by the ICA with the support of its members.
Industry, non-ICA member
Organisations which are currently not ICA members, and which are companies involved in the design, production, handling, packaging and distribution of banknotes and coins, such as printers, mints, substrate suppliers, production and finishing material and equipment, handling systems, automation; cash in transit and cash management companies; payment service providers; commercial banks; consultants and commercial conference organisers.
Others
Other delegates, such as from academia, media/press and not-for-profit organisations, please contact registration support at registration@globalcurrencyforum.org.
Guests
Partner/spouse who is accompanying a paying delegate and is not also a representative of an organisation listed above; access to evening receptions / no access to conference sessions.
Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice by credit card or wire transfer. Any sum unpaid within 30 days of the invoicing date shall automatically and without notice attract interest at a rate of 1.50% per month. Payment must be made no later than 20 April 2026. No payment can be taken onsite
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing to registration@globalcurrencyforum.org

Cancellation requests received before midnight on 27 February 2026 (i.e. latest at 23.59 GMT) will receive a full ticket refund, minus a €120 handling fee.

Cancellation requests received between 28 February - 27 March 2026 before midnight (i.e. latest by 23.59 GMT+1) will receive an 80% refund on the ticket price.

Cancellation requests received after the 27 March 2026 will not receive a refund.

Refunds will not be provided for ‘no-shows’/non-attendance

Accommodation cancelled less than 150 days prior to the event date will be non-refundable
Substitutions can be made at any time as long as written notice is given to registration@globalcurrencyforum.org and both parties are from the same company.
Insurance and Liability
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the conference. The GCF is in no way responsible for any insurance claims.
