Lama Yazbeck

Lama Yazbeck is a senior non-profit leader with extensive international experience in organisational development, financial oversight and systems strengthening. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Kaizen Kompas Advisory, where she supports mission-driven organisations on governance, compliance, strategy and operational effectiveness.

Previously, she served as Co-CEO of Aflatoun International in the Netherlands, a global organisation focused on social, financial and entrepreneurial education for children and young people. In that role, she worked at the intersection of financial education, global partnerships and institutional leadership, engaging with central banks, financial institutions, NGOs and public sector actors.

She also served as Executive Director of Himaya in Lebanon, where she led organisational growth and strengthened systems, accountability and long-term resilience.
