Joash Rono

Joash Rono is the Deputy Director of Currency Operations Department (COD) at the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK). He is responsible for the general operations, administration, and procedures of the Department. He oversees the cash cycle management across the Bank's distribution network to ensure operational excellence. Joash has over 25 years’ experience in central banking, having worked extensively as an Internal Auditor and as a Financial Markets dealer at the CBK.
