Lionel Chircop has worked in the fiduciary industry for more than 15 years (transport, identity and banknote ones) as international business development manager. Graduate from the international KEDGE Business School, he joined Oberthur Fiduciaire in 2017. Lionel is responsible of promoting Oberthur Fiduciaire and VHP Security Paper’s products and solutions in Africa.
